Oven Electrolux EOB 53434 AX: review, specifications, pros/cons

Oven from the Steam Line line for domestic use. Supports cooking with steam (up to 25%). There is also a function of steaming vegetables. There is a large grill with convection (moderate). There are no fixtures for the small, but the manufacturer sells special skewers for this separately. There is also an option to defrost meat products.

Functionality of the Electrolux EOB 53434 AX

The manufacturer has declared support for the following functions:

• preset number of modes - 8, you can edit them (only 2 are saved, the rest are subsequently reset to default settings);
• touch screen display and electronically controlled handles;
• Separate top and bottom heating;
• Trays locking system when pulled out, prevents their overturning, and it is impossible to get burnt;
• large convection grill;
• It is possible to set the timer and temperature directly in the process of baking, only a few auxiliary modes will be blocked;
• There is a safety shutdown (in case of overheating or short circuit);
• reliable protection against children

Pluses and minuses of the model

The key advantages of this oven:

• thickened glass (2 layers);
• can be used for simultaneous cooking of 2 dishes;
• 2 lamps of internal illumination;
• there is a defrosting, fast heating to a preset temperature mode;
• the kit also comes with a handheld temperature probe (proprietary, but it is not covered by the warranty).

Disadvantages:

• Convection is weak for cooking large amounts of meat;
• not easy for everyone to understand the settings (there are a lot of them, all the designations are abbreviated);
• large dimensions.

I've only been using it for 8 months, but I've already had time to try almost all of the available modes. I am very happy with it, it bakes evenly, nothing has ever burned. I can highly recommend it!
