How to choose an induction stove in terms of price/quality ratio?

Since the induction stove differs from the usual electric or gas stove on the principle of work, it is also worth choosing it in a special way.

The main characteristics of the choice include:

  1. The number of heating zones. In an induction stove, they replace the usual burners. Most models are classic, that is equipped with 4 heating zones. But there are also compact models, with 1-2 zones. There are also devices in which the user can randomly change the heating zone, but they cost more than usual.
  2. Surface coating. Most induction stoves are covered with glass ceramic. This is explained very simply: this material is inexpensive, durable and long-lasting. But if any sweet liquid is spilled on the surface, it will leave indelible traces. There are also models coated with tempered glass, but they are more expensive and not highly durable.
  3. Color. Most induction stoves are black. This material is considered universal, because it fits harmoniously into any interior. White or silver induction hobs are less common, although they do not have as noticeable dust, grease drops and water stains.
  4. Dimensions. There are standard induction stoves that are 60 cm wide. Large families should give preference to models with a width of 80 cm. They feature 5, and sometimes even 6 heating zones. For small kitchens, compact models with a width of up to 30 cm will do.

To use the stove was convenient, it is desirable to choose a model with additional functions. For example, for safe operation, many stoves are equipped with a protective shutdown and lock the control panel from children. A timer and a residual heat indicator on the stove is also desirable.

Induction, by itself, is the most efficient for cooking. For a family of 1-2 people, it is quite sufficient. The enamel pans also "work" - pleasantly surprised! About the comfort of cleaning and not burning pans, etc., I think it is not necessary to recall ... If you can call it a disadvantage - I think there are too many functions.

If you need a small stove for vacation or travel, you should give preference to this model.

It is light and compact, and consists of only two heating zones, but this amount will be enough for cooking for several people. To ensure that the owner has no problems with management, the manufacturer has equipped the device with touch buttons and a small display.

With their help, the user will be able to easily set the necessary cooking parameters and control the cooking process.

Touch controls are provided for each heating zone separately. Flexible settings allow you to choose the optimal temperature and cooking mode.

In addition, the induction stove can be safely recommended to novice cooks, because the device memory already has 8 preset cooking modes (e.g., frying, braising, etc.).

The user only has to put the food in the dish and choose the appropriate mode.

Technical characteristics:

  • number of heating zones - 2;
  • Number of automatic modes - 8;
  • surface material - glass ceramic.

Pros of

  • Low cost with extended functionality;
  • Automatic cooking modes;
  • It heats up very quickly;
  • Touch controls are provided separately for each cooking zone;
  • The cooking surface is very easy to clean.

Disadvantages

  • Some users find the stove too noisy;

The pizza is perfect ) Cooking is so much more enjoyable! Great stove, I recommend it. Very well thought out functionality, looks very modern, fits perfectly to the kitchen interior.

For a long time I was thinking whether to buy with induction burners or to save money and buy with standard burners. In the end I overcame my greed and bought this one. Never regretted it. Cooking is faster; it comes with a rotisserie and a barbecue holder, which is a great thing. For that kind of money with such a set of functions and touch screen control you won't find anything even close.
I recommend it.

Stylish, functional, but relatively inexpensive induction stove that will suit beginners and experienced cooks alike.

Since the stove has a built-in oven, the device is even suitable for baking foods and preparing baked goods. The oven has a grill and spit, as well as a convection function that evenly distributes heat inside the chamber.

The heating zones are rectangular in shape, so it will not be difficult to place dishes.

However, the future owner should take into account that the heating zones are not combined, so the stove is not suitable for cooking dishes in non-standard shapes.

I've never had to deal with induction hobs, it was an experiment. In the end I am satisfied with the result. It heats up quickly compared to a conventional electric stove, the degree of heating can be selected from 0 to 9 and after nine there is also a mode PowerBoost. By the way, what is convenient, when reducing the degree of heating, induction cookware, whether it is a pot or a frying pan, instantly cools to the selected degree of heating.

Multifunctional induction hob is designed for separate installation, and its spacious oven will help you cook almost any dish.

The special shape of the vaulted-top oven allows you to bake a whole bird or large pieces of meat. The oven also has telescopic rails that make it easy to pull out cooked food.

The guides themselves are removable, which greatly facilitates washing the oven and caring for it.

The cooking surface is made of glass ceramic.

This material perfectly resists mechanical damage and is easy to clean.

But it should be taken into account that the black color can leave stains on the surface. To make it easier for the owner to determine the optimal time for cleaning, the manufacturer has equipped the stove with a residual heat indicator.

  • the depth of 60 cm;
  • rated power consumption - 10.5 kW;

Compact, but also convenient and easy to use, it is a pleasure to cook on it. My wife and mom figured it out very quickly and they love it! It does not consume a lot of power! Nice appearance. I took it as a loaner until I had an appliance installed, it will go to my country house.

Good workhorse. I ordered it for a restaurant, the stove is in constant use (conditions are close to extreme) and, so far, has not caused any complaints. The power is switched by 100 watts, there is an opportunity to put the maximum or minimum power in one click. On the whole, the control is convenient and clear. The only design drawback - the cooking plates are not monolithic with the body and with constant use the joints become difficult to clean

The manufacturer of this stove is considered one of the most reliable manufacturers of household appliances for a reason.

This compact induction stove with two heat zones is excellent proof of that. It is light and compact, it does not take up much space in the kitchen, but it allows you to prepare a full meal.

The heating zones are arranged so that the owner can use them simultaneously.

There is a small free space between the heating zones, which allows you to cook your favorite dishes even in large dishes.

Each heating zone has a separate control panel and a small display, so the user can easily set the desired cooking parameters for each part of the stove separately.

Additionally, the device provides a timer and delayed start for 24 hours, so the owner will be able to prepare everything you need, and the stove itself will turn on and start cooking at the set time.

Technical characteristics:

  • depth 34,8 cm;
  • Maximum power consumption - 4000 W;
  • surface material - glass-ceramic.

Convenient and fast stove. Everything cooks and roasts much faster than on a gas or electric stove. Modern appearance. Luckily, of the cookware I had before buying the stove, a lot of it was suitable for use on the induction model. Many stainless steel pots are quite suitable. In general, happy with the purchase!

Those looking for a compact, inexpensive, but functional and quality stove, you should look closely at this model.

It has only two heating zones, so for large families, the stove is unlikely to suit, but for the installation in the country it is ideal. Like all induction stoves, this device is characterized by high heating speed and economical power consumption.

Also, the manufacturer has equipped the device with a long enough power cord (1.5 m), so you can put the stove almost anywhere in the kitchen.

To make it easier for the owner to control the stove, the manufacturer provided it with a convenient touch screen control panel. There is also a bright red display on the stove, so it is easy to control the cooking parameters.

The cooking surface is covered with a solid sheet of glass ceramic, although the heating zones cannot be combined.

At the same time, the glass-ceramic surface itself successfully withstands high temperatures and accidental shocks, but is also easy to clean from dirt.

Technical specifications:

  • 31 cm depth;
  • The maximum power consumption is 2900 W;
  • surface material - vitrified clay.

What a great product, makes my life so much easier! I used to struggle with cooking porridge on the gas stove but now I just turned on a certain power, set the timer and that's it! The device heats quickly and not too hot, which means that you can only burn yourself on the pan, not on the stove. Simple and clear operation. Easy to understand instructions. 2 burners of 2 thousand watts each, unlike competitors, where one of the burners has reduced power. Automatic cooking modes. Compactness and small weight allows you to carry it from place to place, even a woman. Good build quality, moderate fan noise during operation. Simple, intuitive controls. Easy to clean.

Despite the democratic cost, this model has not one but two heating zones.

Thanks to this, the owner will be able to set cooking parameters for each cooking zone individually.

Great stove at a reasonable price. I use the manual mode more often, which seems to be missing from cheaper models. Lightweight, compact. My wife likes the named modes. I have no complaints about the assembly, the cable is good. Many programs, it is easy and quick to change the heating power. There is a timer - a function of prime necessity in the country, when you do not always stand at the stove to and fro. The surface is easy to care for.

Compact induction stove, which costs very inexpensive, but has all the necessary features for cooking your favorite dishes.

Due to the low weight and compact size of the stove you can safely take it with you to the country house, on business trips or on vacation.

Work surface is covered with a solid sheet of glass ceramic. This material is not deformed by high temperatures, virtually no cracks from accidental impacts, but it is very easy to clean from almost any dirt.

Like many other induction hobs, this model is dark, so it is better to clean the surface of dirt and water droplets immediately after cooking.

Otherwise, stains and stains will remain on the surface.

Owner's Review.
This stove is easy to use. It's much more efficient than a standard electric stove, it doesn't heat the air but heats the cookware directly. This is especially important when using it outside in a summer kitchen. Pretty low power consumption for its power. At the same time, the heating speed is much faster than on a conventional gas stove or even on a stationary induction stove from a manufacturer such as NEFF.

Despite the fact that there are only two heating zones in this stove, its cost is higher than that of its counterparts.

This is due to the excellent quality of assembly and the materials used for manufacturing. The heating zones are located on top of each other, so the stove will not take up much space in the room, although some users find this arrangement inconvenient.

To control the stove, there is a touch control panel.

It is located in the front of the product, and is divided into two parts (one for each heating zone).

Each panel also has a small display, which displays the basic cooking parameters of your favorite dishes.

In addition, the device has a residual heat indicator, which shows that the stove has already cooled down, and the user can proceed to clean it.

Technical specifications:

  • depth 52,4 cm;
  • The maximum power consumption is 3.1 kW;
  • surface material - glass ceramic.

Advantages of

  • high-quality materials and assembly;
  • very easy control;
  • Compact size and light weight;
  • Very fast heating;
  • easy cleaning.

Cons

  • some users find the price too high;
  • not everyone likes the vertical arrangement of the heating zones.

What company to choose?

Many manufacturers, who in the past were engaged in the production of only gas or electric stoves, now also produce induction models. Since the stove is usually bought for many years, it is better not to save money and buy products of time-tested brands.

Gorenje, GEFEST, OBERHOF, Hansa, Weissgauff, Kitfort, Iplate, Hyundai and Ginzzu were named the best induction stove manufacturers in 2021-2022.

The most successful models of these manufacturers were included in our rating.
