Have been using this vacuum cleaner for two years. It is simple, inexpensive but it does the job. The carpets are fine, though not perfect. I personally have complaints only to the fact that the hair is not always well sucks, you have to periodically "comb out" the carpet. Although, maybe with a turbo brush situation will change for the better.
